一、黑蘭特啤酒經(jīng)銷商的基本要求
認同黑蘭特啤酒文化，并致力于推廣黑蘭特啤酒文化；
具有豐富的品牌夜場啤酒市場運作基本經(jīng)驗；
具有良好的當?shù)厣鐣P(guān)系；
具有穩(wěn)定的夜場啤酒銷售渠道；
具有一定的經(jīng)濟實力；
認同對黑蘭特啤酒品牌及運作模式；
在當?shù)厥袌龅木哂休^強的啤酒配送能力；
二、黑蘭特啤酒經(jīng)銷商加盟的基本流程
溝通：通過初步溝通，確定基本合作意向后，公司根據(jù)客戶需要通過特快郵件的方式發(fā)送樣品給意向商家；意向商家收到樣 品，品嘗口感、察看包裝后，如有意加盟即可提交加盟申請。
來廠參觀：經(jīng)公司審核通過后，公司將對申請加盟商發(fā)出邀請函，邀請其前往將來供貨的生產(chǎn)基地進行參觀。
簽訂合同：來廠參觀后或公司洽談后，公司將針對客戶所在區(qū)域幫客戶制定詳細的價格及銷售方案，經(jīng)銷商若能達成共識即可申請簽訂《經(jīng)銷商合同書》。
執(zhí)行：依照雙方合同的基本條款，黑蘭特啤酒協(xié)同經(jīng)銷商共同開發(fā)指定區(qū)域市場。
