業(yè)務(wù)主體和法律關(guān)系不變，原有的業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系和服務(wù)承諾保持不變。After the change of the name, the existing business subject and legal relationship, the business relationship and service commitment will remain the same.
公司營業(yè)地址不變。The contact address remains the same.

PLASTON集團(tuán)組織架構(gòu) / Organization Structure PLASTON Group

PLASTON并列，在PLASTON集團(tuán)統(tǒng)領(lǐng)下呈傘狀形態(tài)。The organizational change is to spin the healthy air business into an independent branch－－－BONECO, in parallel with of PLASTON, under the umbrella of PLASTON Group.
